spacious, spacious, spacious
We enjoyed a generously sized room that comfortably accommodated three of us. Breakfast was a delight with an option for personalized omelets made fresh upon request. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the city's heat after a day of exploring!

Opt for a room facing away from the street to ensure a quieter stay during the bustling nights in Hanoi.

The hotel staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay.
I faced several challenges during my stay. The breakfast was quite disappointing, as many items were not fresh and lacked variety. the shower in my room had poor water pressure and was frustrating to use, making my daily routines more inconvenient. I also experienced issues with the air conditioning. it took a long time to cool the room, leaving me uncomfortable during the hot days.

missingWrote a review on Oct 15great locationcomfortable furnishingsdelightful spreadcheck-in processmaintenance issues
This hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings, but the toilet door needed some attention as it didn't close properly. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a mix of Vietnamese dishes and Western options. The rooftop pool offered a perfect escape from the heat, though it could be cleaner and better maintained. The staff were attentive, especially at the reception where they helped us arrange our local tours. I encountered some issues upon check-in. The front desk requested upfront payment or to hold our passports until checkout, which felt a bit uncomfortable. the charged fee for using bottled water was unexpected, as this isn't typically a standard practice. a pleasant stay, but the hotel could improve by addressing these small issues for a better guest experience.

This one had me thinking…
The hotel boasts a fantastic location in central Hanoi, with spacious rooms and friendly, attentive staff. While the rooftop pool is more of a large bathtub, it remains a clean place to unwind. Breakfast is satisfying, particularly for non-vegetarians, but options for vegetarians could be better. A wonderful experience overall!

location was great, really close to the old quarter. rooms were decent size and comfy. breakfast had some variety. staff were nice and helpful when we asked for stuff. rooftop pool is good to chill out after a long day.
one room had a bad smell and the showers needed fixing because they had mold. also, no toilet paper in the room which was super annoying.

It was just a good match for a brief visit in Hanoi with real value for money. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room despite the noise outside, which allowed us to settle in well after a day out. Check if the lift is in service before relying on it to reach higher floors.
